The service
Milgo is an AI-powered email copy tool designed for ecommerce brands and marketers. We generate, analyse, and protect email copy. We do not send emails on your behalf or manage your email infrastructure.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan upgrades are immediate and prorated. You keep your current usage when upgrading.
Your content
You retain full ownership of all email copy, brand voices, and content you create in Milgo. We do not claim rights to your work. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Milgo must not be used to generate spam, phishing content, hate speech, or any material that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
Milgo is provided as-is. We are not liable for email deliverability outcomes, campaign performance, or business results. Our AI suggestions are guidance, not guarantees.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use of Milgo after changes constitutes acceptance.
